Wrong Time To Drink Water
As there is a right time to drink water,
there is a wrong time as well. Well, it does sound strange, doesn’t it? Not
only because that water is so beneficial for health but also, we have been
told, all are lives, to drink water as much as you can. The higher the amount,
the better. But let me tell you, that’s not the case.
As drinking less water tends to dehydrated
our body, same way, over consumption can lead to over hydration. But, it rarely
happens if you have normal functioning glands.
Back to the main topic, so, there is a
wrong time as well to consume water. Let’s look in to the wrong timings now: -
1- During or right after a meal
It will lead to discomfort as well
as it will leave you feeling more bloated. Also, it will dilute your digestive
enzymes making it hard for digestion to take place.
2- Too much consumption at a time
Keep sipping but don’t drink too
much at a time. For instance, don’t go for glass after glass within some
minutes. Take breaks. If you do, you can build a condition called hyponatremia
in where sodium levels are way below than they should be.
3- Water before bed
If you feel dehydrated during sleep
than must consume water but don’t consume much as it will disturb your sleeping
schedule.
