Wonder Why Fast Food Chains Uses The Color RED & YELLOW?

Wonder Why Fast Food Chains Uses The Color RED & YELLOW?

Today, I have a very interesting topic. Since, we all love fast food chains and we just can't resist the urge to stop whenever we see one and have a little bit of something like fires, shakes or burgers and what not.

So, I thought why not talk about the "WHY" we can't resist fast food chains whenever and wherever we see them.

When travelling on the road, you must pass through a variety of different fast food chains that you just can’t resist. You stop over to have an unnecessary snack or maybe some fries or shakes just because you are craving them.

But, have you ever wondered that why do these cravings hit you only when you catch a glimpse of the fast food chains logo?

Can you name those fast food chains?

What about "McDonald", "Subway", "Hades", "Texas Chicken", "Fat Burger" and many more like these?

Have you noticed all these fast food chains have one thing similar in their logos?

You guessed it right, it’s the COLORS. Even if you didn't, it's all right as whenever we see them all we feel is hungry.

So back to it, all these food chains uses specific colors, all of them have red and yellow in their logos, am I not right?

Do you know why?

Let me tell you why.

Colors play an important role in targeting their audience. Have you noticed how McDonalds M stands out even in the day light? That’s because it’s the most prominent color at daylight and it can be seen from very far away.

So, yellow color is used to attract the attention of the targeted audience.

Then comes the color RED. Well, red is known to cause the emotions of one feeling loved and comforted. And who doesn't love to feel loved and comforted? Red color also increases heart-rate, blood pressure and results in hunger to be more prevalent.

The language of color is better and swiftly communicated to our brain than the language of shapes due to the reason that they work directly on your emotions and feelings.
