Right Time To Drink Water?
Timings are everything, be it a
work, a decision, meal time or your water intake. Yes, you read that correct. Timings
of drinking water are as important as it is important for you to drink enough
water. When you drink water at the right time, you will have a healthy body and
a healthy mind.
If you tend to drink water at a
wrong time, it will lead to a bloated stomach and much worse problems that you
would not have even imagined of. So, today I shall cover up all the perfect
timings that you need to drink.
Right timings.
1- When you wake up.
Before you eat anything, have at least 2
glasses of water. It helps a lot with the swelling and elimination of toxic
material
2- An hour before meal
This will help with the digestion but
consumption of too much will dilute the digestive enzymes and acid in the
stomach.
3- After meal
That absolutely does NOT mean that you
drink right after. That’s the worst thing you could do to your body. Give a1 to
2-hour break. That way, your food in the stomach has been broken down and not
present there to over crowd your stomach. After an hour, it will help the body
with the absorption of nutrients.
4- Before you sleep
Drinking a glass of water before going to
bed to avoid dehydration. However, keep this in mind that don’t drink too much
as it might interrupt your sleeping pattern.
Note for weight loss: Drink water in between
the day to avoid unnecessary eating throughout the day, as it will help making
you feel full for some time.
