It comes as no surprise that her weight-loss transformation
is an inspirational transformation that I am sure most people want to know the
secret behind it. I sure wanted to know. It has been the major talk in Indian as well as wherever Bollywood is followed and by the beloved fans.
So, lets crack open the code to the secret that might be
useful to us as well.
The switch
Sara Ali Khan, admitted that she was living a very
unhealthy life. She said she used to eat pizza on daily basis and after
inspirational motivation she switched to another shop close by the pizza shop. The shop which she would pass by before, without even catching a glimpse. That shop was a salad
shop.

Workout Routine
So, despite the switch from pizza to salad. She used to
work-out. Daily. Never misses a day unless absolute necessity. She used to run on the treadmill every single day with Bollywood song playing on, giving her motivation
needed to keep going on and on.
After shedding some weight off, she started Pilates. It is
the form of exercise that lengthens your body and overall alignment rather than
bulking or shortening of the muscles that gym does.
Diet Routine
Next, comes the diet routine. So, her basic diet is idlis
for breakfast. In lunch, she has vegetables, chapatii and rice (yeah rice!!! –
if you have not checked my blog about rice, then make sure you do - Rice is NOT a fattening Food
Poha and upma is her choice for snack. Her pre-workout
routine includes muesli with fruits and oats. While, post-workout includes
protein shakes, salads and tofu. Last but not the least, she as vegetables and chapatti for dinner. Not forgetting her water intake which is quite a lot.
Healthy Is Her Goal
She has completely opted out of unhealthy eating habits. She
doesn’t diet. She eats healthy and workout. Nothing difficult that we cannot
opt for our entire life for a healthy lifetime. She doesn’t believe in being
zero size. She wants to attain a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle for her
well-being, mentally and physically.
