The Perfect Acne Solution!!



Acne causes are abundant. Although, the main guilty party here is the excess sebum, hormones, and bacteria. We all can discuss the reasons but that’s not what we want. We want solutions. Don't we? 


So, good news for all those people who suffer from acne issue and have not found a permanent solution yet. I bring you the solution  and that requires only eating. ;) 

Healthy eating, of course.

Yes, but before moving on to that part, some tiny bits of advice's: -
  • Before going to sleep, wash your face!
  • Avoid touching your face specially do not touch your pimples.
  • Specially to all the girls and ladies, clean your make-up before going to bed. Saves you from a lot of problems.

Now, heading on to the food solutions: -
 

Zinc

According to some research, it has been found that people with lower levels of zinc have higher risk for acne.

You can have zinc supplements after consultation with your nutritionist. Also, add high zinc food items in your diet. These includes nuts, whole grains and beans. Dark chocolate is also a good source of zinc.




 

Green Tea

Green tea consists of polyphenols that help reduce skin inflammations as well as sebum production. In addition to that, more oxygen and blood flow to the skin.

Turmeric

Presence of Curcumin reduces bacteria production which is the one of the main cause of acne.
 

Omega 3 fatty acids

Another one that can reduce skin inflammation. Skin inflammation is a culprit for skin issues.
Omega 3 sources are seafood’s.
 

Antioxidants

According to research, antioxidants reduces the extent of time of breakout lasts. Not only that its fights with the damage a sun exposure can do.
