Three Reasons For Having A Bloated Stomach
Bloated stomach meaning you can’t
wear that dress and can’t rely to look good in your pictures which is important since the moment is gone by but the pictures remain there to haunt you for the rest of your life. Also, constantly feel
conscious of your looks and what not.
In this blog, I will be addressing
the common reasons to why an individual face this bloated stomach issue.
Knowing the solution to a problem is the second step in the phase of solving the problem. First being the mindful of the reasons for the problem. It is because you can try the solutions but if you
don’t know the actual reason why it is all happening, how will you be able to
stop it the next time?
So bottom line, one needs to prevent this from happening in the future rather than
knowing the solution only.
1 – Air
Its sounds weird when you see or hear someone
telling you that air is the reason for a bloated stomach. When air is CRUCIAL
for living. Unfortunately, it is one of the reasons why we have bloated
stomach.
Consuming excess of anything can
be harmful is a phrase we hear all our lives but we don’t implement it. We can
consume a lot of air by a lot of activities and due bad eating habits just like
eating food in a haste or chewing gums and what not. I shall be discussing
those in detail in my next blog.
2- Sodium
Tell me you did not see this
coming?
Too much sodium is really really bad for you. Not only for your bloated
stomach but for your over your health like increasing your blood pressure.
How it is related with bloating
you ask? Well, its basic science. You all remember learning about OSMOSIS? If
not, then let me refresh your memory. Osmosis is the water movement from higher
to lower concentration.
Hence, when you have salt in your stomach which has low
concentration of water, water from surroundings with higher concentration will
automatically come for the salt or low water concentration.
Thus, a bloated
stomach.
3- Digestion
Digestion being the last important
factor in your bloated stomach issue.
Well, this topic is really huge for this blog, I
might not be able to cover all points but I shall do a blog on this in the near
future. But for now, poor digestion is the cause of bloating.
The reasons
could be you are intolerant to certain foods, your stomach acid and enzymes and are diluted due to
too much water intake just before or during meal the meal, you are having fruits with your
food (yes, you read that correct, so eat your fruits on a empty stomach), and
what not.
But these are some of the reasons that could be a reason of poor digestion leading to a bloated
stomach.
