Having a balanced meal during iftar is crucial for the body as it will help restore body;s lost energy as well as will aid in fasting the next day. Every muslim should make an extra effort in consuming the right foods to get proper nutrients that body needs. It is an opportunity to nurture an eating habit that will stay with you after ramadan ends. Here are few tips that will help you have a healthy ramadan.

and water. Pray your namaz. If you consume fruit chaat, do not consume anything
else for another 30 minutes at least. It is due to the reason that fruits
