offered the film “Student of the year”, she went on a strict diet plan and
regular workout routine. She lost around 16kgs within a time period of 3
months.

She maintains her figure by opting for a healthy lifestyle. After

She workouts with a gap of a day. She has opted for cardio
exercises. These include running on a treadmill, lat pull downs, push-ups,
dumbbell raises, push downs, bicep curls, back extensions, reverse crunches,
bicycle crunch and squats.
Water Intake
You must have noticed till now that all celebrities with
glowing skins have a higher intake of water. Same is the case with Alia Bhatt. She
drinks plenty of water.
Alia’s Diet
Coming to her diet routine. She has no junk food intake in
her diet plan. She has restricted amounts of oil.
Her breakfast includes a cup of tea with sandwiches.
She has fruits as mid-day snack.
During lunchtime, she has chapatti with daal (pulse) and
