Hello lovely people! I thought why not do a blog for people
who love drink tea. Tea can be consumed for any mood depending on your mood, of
course. Here is a list of different kinds of tea that can used for altered
moods and issues that you are facing at the moment.
1- Lavender tea
It is also known as an herbal tea
that help in relaxing your muscles and aids sleeping. So, next time you’re having
trouble sleeping, have lavender tea.
2- Lemongrass tea
This tea has this lemony flavor to
it. This tea has proven to work for those who feel depressed, nervous or even
anxiety.
