Your back should be straight. Don’t arch your back or should will be facing back problems. Your arms should be parallel to your body. Your neck should be in the right position. Neither up or straight but DOWN.

Well, it will be hard for you at first. So, we shall take this exercise slowly and increase the time as per strength and stamina.
Therefore, for the first week you can try to reach for 30 seconds. Next week, do it for a one whole minute. As your stamina increases, keep extending the time period. It will get easier for you after every day or every week.
