Worst Foods To Eat When You Are Sick!
As my previous blog was about the best food a person should
eat when they are sick. Now, this blog is all about the foods that a person
must avoid when they are sick.
It does not mean that they trigger the sickness but it is
about that they are not good for you to consume when you are feeling sick.
So, let’s start!
1- Sweets
Yes, that being the first one.
Sweets have high sugar levels. Due to their high sugar intake, sweets causes
immune system to suppressed and inflammation occurs.
2- Fatty food
Although, they are essential to a
person’s well-being but, when a person is not feeling well then, these are not
good to be consumed. The reason being that they are difficult to digest and can
trigger stomach pain.
3- Diary
Diary includes milk and milk
products. According to research, they are linked with increased mucus
production that might worsen congestion when sick.
4- Coffee
It is a diuretic meaning it makes
you dehydrated quickly. Which is bad for you when you are sick.
5- Crunchy snacks.
They will feel like sand paper on
your raw throat so it best to avoid them during the sickness period.
