Too much of this weight strategy is going to BACKFIRE YOU! 


Do you know too much consumption of this item for weight loss purpose can backfire and cause weight GAIN? Can you guess? 

I am talking about the black and the darkest drink known as coffee that we all love to drink, I suppose you do? Never mind if you don’t. You’ve been missing out on a lot then. 


Too much of this weight strategy is going to BACKFIRE YOU!

Anyway, as I was saying too much consumption. Oh Wait. Hold on. Let me first enlighten you with the fact that BLACK COFFEE helps you lose weight.  The reason for that being the compounds present in in coffee that speeds up the metabolism, caffeine being the main stimulant in coffee.

Why too much of it is bad for you?


Since, you know the actual benefits of coffee ( I am assuming you all have read the previous blog about the benefits), now let’s talk why consuming too much can reverse the effect of weight loss. 

  • Less Tolerant 
So, when you’re consuming it moderately, it will boost up your metabolism and increase fat burning. However, (now this is something you need to remember) after a while due to too much consumption of coffee or caffeine, people starts to get used to it or become tolerant to the effect so there is no fat burning and coffee doesn’t work.

  • Sleeping Problems = Weight Gain
Another major point to add to this that when you have too much coffee, it helps with the alertness and you can’t sleep properly. When you can’t sleep, it will interfere with the fat burning process as well as the metabolism and so coffee will be of no aid in the weight loss process and will only let you gain weight. My Advice


Therefore, I suggest you all that have your black coffee but don’t consume it on daily basis and not every six hour or so. Have it twice in a week or have it with a day’s gap at least.
