benefits of coffee ( I am assuming you all have read the previous blog about the benefits), now let’s talk why consuming too much can reverse the
effect of weight loss.

So, when you’re consuming it moderately, it will boost
up your metabolism and increase fat burning. However, (now this is something
you need to remember) after a while due to too much consumption of coffee or
caffeine, people starts to get used to it or become tolerant to the effect so
there is no fat burning and coffee doesn’t work.
- Sleeping Problems = Weight Gain
My Advice
Therefore, I suggest you all that
have your black coffee but don’t consume it on daily basis and not every six
hour or so. Have it twice in a week or have it with a day’s gap at least.
