Downfall of Consuming Green Tea in Large Quantities
Green tea is one of the top items consumed by those with the
intention of losing weight, correct me if I am wrong. Most of the people who
ask me diet plans have green tea on their menu already. More than I want to
recommend them. They think, as if green tea is going to make them smarter, it
sure is going to help with exercise accompanied otherwise it is of no use.
I am glad that the advertisement these days about the green
tea are encouraging about some exercise accompanied with green tea.
Green tea
is no magical potion that you drink every day and you get to lose all the extra
belly fat that you have put on. It helps in the process of losing weight in
case if you are actually putting some effort to lose it. It helps in speeding
up your metabolism. That’s not the only benefit, there are tons of them.
There
will be a blog about benefits as well, if you want to check it out, then comment in the
comment section to let me know

green tea (although lower than black coffee but there is presence of it that
one cannot deny) can causes sleep problems if consumption exceeds two cups a
day.
- Caffeine can cause decrease
amount of blood flow to the brain and the central nervous system that will
cause you to feel giddy. This happens when you consume in large amounts.
- Sleep deprivation is going
to cause weight gain risk.
- Inhibits the absorption of calcium
making a person prone to bone diseases such as osteoporosis
